What Is OM?
For me, the Sanskrit symbol OM (ॐ) is more than just a spiritual icon, it’s a reminder of the deep breath before creation, the pause that grounds us, and the vibration that connects us all. In my art, I’m always searching for that same balance, between stillness and movement, color and emptiness, self and community. OM carries the energy of peace, and I use it to hold space for reflection, calm and connection in my creative process.
OM is always weaved into my art and items. It’s my way of inviting others to feel that same grounding presence. Just as the sound of OM resonates through the body, I want my art to resonate in a way that quiets the mind and opens the heart. It’s a symbol that connects me to my roots and to something universal, a shared hope for peace that anyone can step into.
Thus, Om She Said was born.
